photoblog, there's some damning pictorial
evidence of last friday's fbi staff outing to
the opera bar in sydney harbour, complete with
'secret santa' presents. i was given a pair of
handcuffs, albeit with a handy, safety mechanism
built-in. what does that tell you about the state
of today's s&m industry?

... the fbi web site (which i've slavishly and
lovingly developed over the last 18 months) this
week scooped the award for 'best web site' in
the australian music network awards. god bless

it's been a while since there's been any pics
in the old photoblog, but now that my camera has
come back from its 'repair me' holiday in japan,
i've dropped in some recent pics from the great
'dub picnic' in glebe on 31st october. get

a couple of pics from the recent 'shithouse' party
too...)
another date for all of our diaries i'm sure -
i'm dj-ing on january 14th at the becks bar at
sydney festival, supporting the wonderful 'decoder
ring'. more info here.
but onto more interesting thoughts... namely the
development of the camera phone - that low-res
judge, jury and executioner. no one is safe from
its prying eye. in fact, they're trying desperately
to ban them on australian beaches due to the fact
that seedy men are taking snaps of bikini girls
and posting them on dubious web sites. whereas
with my camera phone, i merely take artistic
photographs of the inside of the sydney cityrail...
this is not a camera phone pic, but it nonetheless
clearly illustrates what happens when you try
to marry 'radio station branding' with a sustainable
energy festival in the middle of the bush.
so it goes.
