Tonight’s Disorient<\/strong> selection was a first for the show – a 100% Australian selection<\/strong>.\u00a0 Contrary to what you might believe from the fluro-garbed domination of the globe by our electro artists, Australia has a vibrant and eclectic experimental \/ leftfield music scene, as hopefully tonight’s playlists attests.\u00a0 A couple of these artists have also appeared recently on the Discontent blog, and I hope to find the time to write about more of them in the near future.\u00a0 In the meantime, I urge you to seek them out – most of them can be found squatting on MySpace.<\/p>\n
