Watch: Scattered Order ‘National Adjustment Scheme’ from Marks Of Provenance III – A Bushfire Fundraiser
The last few weeks have been so fucked up for so many of us. Here in Springwood in the Blue Mountains, the Gosper “mega fire” is being contained about 15 kms away. It’s been that way for the last ten days or so, and we’ve become a little too relaxed about the fact that we’re no longer in any imminent danger.
All the same, we’re the lucky ones – we’re safe and healthy and our house is intact. Of course, the same can’t be said for thousands of others. Becki Whitton and I have out together a Provenance fundraiser compilation, Marks Of Provenance III – A Bushfire Fundraiser, with all the proceeds going to the Fire Relief Fund for First Nations Communities.
All fourteen artists have contributed exclusive new tracks for this project, embracing a wide spectrum of genres from avant-pop and psych-folk to modular electronics and new wave experimentalism.
