better propaganda host an mp3 from the recent ‘congotronics 2’ album, featuring seven bands from kinshasa, congo. imagine bundling scrap metal with traditional african instruments, then amplifying the whole kit and distorting it through a giant sound system. you’re about halfway to imagining the sounds. buy the cd and you’ll be treated to a dvd of these bands performing live in the streets of kinshasa. not to be missed.
